摘要
以黑曲霉(Aspergillusniger)为实验材料,作7℃~33℃条件下的微波处理。结果表明,在本试验条件下,微波非热效应对黑曲霉孢子有致死作用和致突变作用,作用强度均随幅射时间的增加而增加。推理微波致突变作用可能是微波致死的原因之一。
Aspergillus niger was treated with microwave at 7~33℃. The result showedthat the non-thermal effect of microwave had Iethality and mutation of spore of Aspergillusniger under the tested condition. And the intensity was increased with the time of microwaveradiation. It was infered from the tests that the mutation of Aspergillus niger might be oneof the causes of the lethality.
