摘要
通过对六种主要储粮害虫对磷化氢、马拉硫磷的敏感度及抗药性测定,结果表明:(1)玉米象对磷化氢敏感或轻敏感,对马拉硫磷表现为显著抗药性。(2)赤拟谷盗对磷化氢敏感或轻敏感,对马拉硫磷表现为抗性,其中轻抗品系占6.9%,显抗品系占93.1%,抗性系数最高的达345倍。(3)谷蠹对磷化氢敏感和轻敏感品系占68%,轻抗和显抗品系占32%,有的抗性系数高达34倍;对马拉硫磷轻敏感品系占26.1%,轻抗品系占73.90%。(4)土耳其扁谷盗对磷化氢敏感或轻敏感,但对马拉硫磷具有抗性征兆。(5)长角扁谷盗对磷化氢敏感和轻敏感品系占83.4%,轻抗和显抗品系占16.6%;对马拉硫磷敏感和轻敏感品系占91.7%,轻抗品系占8;3%。(6)锈赤扁谷盗对磷化氢和马拉硫磷均表现为抗性。
The experiment on the sensitivity and the resistance of the six main stored-grain insects to malathion and phosophene shows that( 1)Sitophilus zeamais motschul is sen-sitive or slightly sensitive to phosophene but shows remarkable resistance to malathion(2)T. castaneum is sensitive or slightly sensitive to phosophene but resistant to malathion,6.9%of the strains being slightly resistant and 93.1%strongly resistant(3) 68%of phyzoperthadominica are sensitive or slightly sensitive to phosophene,32%resistant or slightly resistantwith the highest resistant coefficient being 34folds;26.1%and 73.9%are slightly sensitiveand resistant to malathion respectively,4(4)Turkey cryptolestes are slightly sensitive or sen--sitive to phosophene,but show resistant signs to malathion.(5 ) 83.4%of are sensitive orslightly sensisive to phosophene and 16.6%are slightly resistant or resistant,while 91.7%sre sensitive and 8.3%are slightly resistant to malathion.(6)Cryptoletos ferrugineus are re-sistant to both phosophene and malathion.
