粮食筒仓多功能减压管的研究

STUDY ON THE MUL TI-FUNCTIONAL PRESSURE-REDUCING PIPES OF GRAIN SILOS

本文研究的粮食筒仓多功能减压管可以解决筒仓储粮的熏蒸杀虫、通风降温、料位显示和减少进仓时粮食的自动分级现象等各种工艺要求，为优质储粮提供了良好的条件，尤为突出的是，在卸粮出仓时，可以消除粮食对筒壁及漏斗的动态超压力，降低造价，提高筒仓结构的可靠度。

The multi-functional pressure-reducing pipes of grain silos studied in thepaper can satisfy the various technological requirements applied in pest fumigation,ventila-tion,and grain display,reducing automatic grading of the grain when loaded into or unloadedfrom the grain silos,thus providing a good condition for excellent grain storage. Especially,when the grain is unloaded from the silo,the pipes can eliminate the dynamic overpressure ofthe grain on the silo wall or funnel,lower the cost and raise the reliability of silo structure.
