摘要
本文通过系统地试验研究，确定了整粒小麦全湿法生产淀粉、谷朊粉的工艺与参数，结果对小麦淀粉加工向连续化、管道化、自动化方向发展具有实际应用价值。
By systematic experimental studies,the technology and the parameters inmanufacturing starch and gluten with all-wet wheat were determined,which was highlypractical to process the wheat starch in continuition,pipe and automation.
