摘要
本文主要研究了锐孔法制备微胶囊的工艺过程及方法，采用海藻酸钠为壁材，ＣａＣｌ＿２液为固化液，以植物油为心材，确定了胶囊化的最佳工艺条件。
The article relates the technological processes about manufacturing microcap-sules with piercing method using sodium Alginate CaCl_2 and vegetative oil,and determinesthe optimal technological conditions of making capsules.
