摘要
介绍了由牛心肌提取细胞色素Ｃ工艺进行改造后的试验情况。在原工艺基础上，首先增加热水处理使脂肪溶解、上浮，迅速冷却再使脂肪凝固，从溶液中捞出，降低提取液粘度，排除细胞色素Ｃ受脂肪包埋现象，然后改变提取液ｐＨ值由４．０调整到３．５；温度由３５℃上升到４５℃，为细胞色素Ｃ向酸性水溶液中扩散创造最佳环境。通过３批对照试验收得率由平均１３０ｍｇ／ｋｇ提高到１４８ｍｇ／ｋｇ，且产品质量符合《中华人民共和国药典》（１９９０）要求。
Improve technology by extracting cell pigment C from cattle myocardlium is introduced.In the basic of old technology,first increase hot water to deal with and dissolve fat,cost awayfrom solution,That reduced solution viscosity and vanished covering up phenomenon with fatin the cell pigment C.Through changing extracting solution pH 4 to 3.5,t35℃ to 45℃,make the best condition for cell pigment C to spread acid solution. The average recovery ofthree group expriments from 130 mg/kg rasing to 148 mg/kg.
