单叶回转双曲面滑动轴承内孔面的设计计算

摘要 针对非液体摩擦滑动轴承在受载情况下易于产生边缘磨损和轴承与轴的烧蚀等缺点,研究用单叶回转双曲面孔的滑动轴承代替通常的圆柱面孔滑动轴承,推导了设计双曲面孔的数学模型,编写了适用于计算机辅助设计的BASIC程序。 To deal with the problems of sliding bearing of nonliquid friction under the action of loading, the edge of the bearing is liable to worn down and the bearing and axle liable to burned down are studied. The possibility of replacing generally used sliding bearing with cylinder plane hole by the slidin8 bearing with hyperboloid of one sheet rolary is researched.The mathematical model of hyperboloid and the programme of BASIC as computer design are made.
