摘要
从溶质分子传递机制出发,对超滤法浓缩提取菠萝蛋白酶过程中,透过通量和酶失活率与膜材料、截留率、压力差、循环速度、分子扩散系数及分子半径等的关系进行了详细研讨,建立了一套数学模型。
From the transmitting mechanism of the solute molecule,the penetrate flux,deactiva- tion rate,membrane material,intercept rate,pressure differences,circulation speed,diffuse coefficient of molecule and molecule radius in the process of extracting concentrated pro- teinase by ultrafiltration the mechanism of the ultrafiltration are studied in detail.A set of mathematical models are built up.
