摘要
紫金酒在中医临床上用于治疗外伤病人已100多年,有很好的消肿、止痛效果。本实验对此药进行了药理学和毒理学研究,结果表明此药有很显著的消炎、镇痛作用,无毒、无不良反应。为治疗软组织挫伤的一种良好的外用药。
Zi-Jin Medicated Wine Liniment has been used to treat trauma in Chinese traditional medicine for more than one hundred years.It is very effective to eliminate swelling and relieve pain.The purpose of our study is to approach its pharmacological and toxicological mechanism.The results show an obvious anti- inflammatory and analgesic action.It has no toxic and side effect,so it is worth for local application to treat soft tissue contusion clinically.
