卵磷脂对实验性矽肺的抑制作用

摘要 大鼠气管内注入石英粉尘造成实验性矽肺,用气雾吸入卵磷脂进行治疗;病理形态观察和多项生化指标测定结果,均显示卵磷脂能明显减轻石英引起的矽肺病变,提示卵磷脂能有效地抑制矽肺的发主和发展。 he experimental silicosis was caused by pouring suspension of a-quartz into the trachea ofrats. It was observed that the silicosis had obviously improved after the silicosis rats breathed inthe vapour of lecithin. In this experiment, the concentration of free Ca2- and Hydroxyproline inrat lungs homogenate,the activities of ACP and LDH in rat bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and theLPO value in rat serum wrer determined. The results showet that lecithin had definite supprssioneffect on the silicotic toxicity. The mechanism of suppression effect of lecithin is also discussed.
