摘要
通过测定正常人在10℃冷水浸手后的手指皮温(Ts)和血管机能,本研究结果表明浸手3分钟时测定,Ts显著下降(P<0.01),18分钟时中指和无名指的Ts轻度升高。手指血管弹性和顺应性减弱,收缩期血流速度峰值(P<0.01)及平均血流速度显著降低。该研究结果提示,局部冷接触后手指血流速度、血管弹性和顺应性的变化与低温环境中手指生理功能减弱甚或损伤有关。

measurement of the finger skintemperature(Ts)and cutaneous vessel
functions ofhands immersing in cold water(10℃),it found
thatT;decreased abOut 50%, from 30.13 to 15.36℃ at 3min
immersion,however,Ts of the middle and ringfinger increased slightly
at 18 min. The elasticity andcompliance of finger cutaneous vessel,
the peak ofsystolic blood velocity(P<0.05), and mean bloodvelocity
were decreased significantly, The results sug-gested that the change
of the elasticity and compli-cance of cutaneous finger vessel after
Iocal cold expo-sure was probably one of the basic mechanisms for
thecold-induced dysfunctions and injuries of hands, andsuccessive
measurement of Ts might be more valu-able.
