激光作业人员血压和血脂变化的研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文对激光作业人员122人(男78、女44)和对照组125人(男84、女41)进行调查。采用协方差分析和多元线性逐步回归分析控制其它混杂因素影响后,研究激光暴露与血压、血脂之间的关系。结果表明:激光组TC、TC/HDL-C比值明显高于对照组(P<0.01),多元线性逐步回归分析表明接触激光是引起SBP、TC升高,HDL-C下降的最主要因素,说明长期接触激光对血压、血脂可产生一定的影响,是增加冠心病危险性的又一潜在因素。 122 persons(78 males and 44 females)exposedto laser radiation were investigate, other 125 persons(84 males and 41 females)without laser exposurewere observed as control.after the relevant confoun-ding factors had been controlled by using analyses ofcovariance and multiple linear regression the correla-tion between laser radiation and the blood pressureand serum lipids was studied. The results showedthat in the laser expoure group the levels of serumlipids ( TC,TC/HDL-C)were significantly higherthan those of the control group(P<0.01), at α=0.25 level, the multiple regression showed that laserexposure was the first factor increasing SBP, TC and1owering HDL-C. It seemed that prolonged laserexposure could influence the level of blood pressureand serum lipids , and it appeared to be another latentfactor for increasing the risk of CHD.
