力臂式固定器治疗股骨颈、粗隆间骨折的临床疗效分析——附216例报告

Clinical Analysis on Treatment of 216 Cases of Fracture of Neck of Femur and Intertrochanteric Fractures of Femur by Lever Shaoed External Fixator

股骨颈、粗隆间骨折近年发病率正在上升,但治疗有许多困难。力臂式固定器综合了中西医的优点,对这两种骨折具有良好疗效。通过对121例股骨颈骨折、95例粗隆间骨折为期两年左右的随访,结果发现股骨颈骨折不愈合率8.26%(Sp=2.5%),股骨头坏死率12.4%(sp=3%);粗隆间骨折髋内翻率为5.26%(Sp=2.3%)。该疗法采用的准确柔合复位、稳妥无损固定、早期无痛性功能锻炼是取得好疗效的基础。同时讨论了存在的问题及解决措施。

The morbidities of fracture of fleck of femur and intertrochanteric fracture of femur are in- creasing in recent years.There are difficulties to treat them.Lever External Fixator combines the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine,and is effective to treat the fractures.The result of follow-up survey of 121 cases of fracture of neck of femur and 95 cases of intertrochanteric fracture of fe- mur shows that the disunion rate of fracture of neck of femur is 8.26% (Sp 2.5%),and the necrosis rate of head of femur amounts to 12.4%(Sp 3%),and the rate of coxa vara is 5.26% (Sp 2.3%).Soft and cor- rect reduction,steady and non-traumatic fixation,and early physiological exercise are its successful founda- tion.Meanwhile,the remaining problems and their solutions are discussed.
