摘要
1988—1993年作者在上海市松江县苗圃用性引诱剂诱捕葡萄透翅蛾,苗圃葡萄种植面积约2.8ha,设置粘胶诱捕器53—55只,每只用一含E3,Z13—18:OH 300—500μg的硅橡胶塞作诱芯,6年依次诱杀雄蛾457、579、551、541、881和768头。试验期间,用雌蛾缚翅拴放法检测,雌蛾田间交配率高于47.6%;用雄蛾标记释放法检测,诱捕器的田间诱蛾率为30.6%。试验证明,此种防治方法仅能诱杀田间部分雄蛾,不足以降低下一年虫量,没有达到预期防治效果。主要原因是E3,Z13—18:OH只是葡萄透翅蛾性信息素的一个组份,诱蛾效率不高。本文并讨论了今后要解决的问题。
In 1988 - 1993, the field efficacies of mass sex pheromone trapping against grape clearwing moth (GCM) Paranthrene regalis Butler were tested in a grape stock nursury with ca. 2. 7 ha of acreage belonged to Songjiang County Nursury, Shanghai Municipality. 53-55 adhesive traps, each with silicon rubber stopper contained 300-500 μg of E 3, Z 13-18 : OH as male attractant, were setted up in the continuous six years. The male moth number caught in these years were 457, 579, 551, 541, 881 and 768, respectively. At the same time, 47. 6% of field copulation rate was observed in female moths after bound up each two wings and tied them to grape plant. The result of labelling-re-lease-recapture treatment showed that only 30. 6% of the labelled male moths were caught by sex pheromone traps, indicated that it is inadequate to effectively reduce the GCM density in next year. The rather low capture rate may be owing to that E3, Z13-18: OH is only one of the sex pheromone components. The problems needing to solve were discussed.
