双花针线虫的生物学和药剂筛选试验

BIOLOGY AND CONTROL TEST OF PARATYLENCHUS DIANTHUS

本文对引起大叶黄杨严重落叶的双花针线虫(Paratylenchus dianthus)进行形态描述。该线虫在重庆地区以成虫越冬,成虫雌雄数量比为8:1,1年发生3代。对15种植物进行寄主范围的接种试验表明:除寄生大叶黄杨外还寄生在杜鹃和桑上。药剂筛选试验结果:10％益舒宝颗粒剂,2g/株对大叶黄杨1年生幼苗防治效果93.1％,而10％克线磷颗粒剂2g/株,防治效果为75.5％。

This paper presents a morphological description of the nematode Paratylenchus dianthus which causes severe leaf drop in Euonymus japonicus. This nematode completes 3 generations a year, with the adult to hibernate in Chongqing, the ratio between female and male is 8 : 1. Twelve plant species were used to investigate the host range of the Parasite. It was found that this nematode only attacks Rhodederun obtusum and Morus alba. Application of 10% Mocap and 10% Nemacur at 2g per plant gave 93. 1% and 75. 5% control of the P. dianthus affecting E. japonicus respectively.
