肺和其他器官的多发性原发性癌较罕见,国内迄今报告不多。本文报告9例均经X线、内窥镜、病理及手术证实。本文讨论了发生率、诊断标准、类型、诊断、预后和手术治疗。

Multiple primary cancer of the lung and other organs is rare. A few cases are found in the Chinese literature. All of the 9 cases in this report are documented by roentgenogram, endoscopy, pathology and surgical operations. The incidence, criteria of diagnosis, typing, operative method and prognosis are discussed.
