摘要
自1971～1984年间,我科行甲状腺癌,甲状腺(患叶或/和峡叶)颈淋巴结联合切除术109例。其中59例(54.12％)系经过其他医院误诊为良性肿瘤已行过单纯肿瘤摘取术或腺叶部分切除术;病理证实为本病后转来本院。本文对误诊原因进行分析并针对其原因探讨其减少误诊措施。
From 1971 to 1984, 109 cases of thyroid cancer were operated upon using the combined resection of thyroid and cervical lymphnodes. Among them, 59 cases (54.12%) had been misdiagnosed clinically as benign tumors, with the tumor or involved lobe resected by other hospitals. The cause of misdiagnosis and its prevention were discussed.
