摘要
从银杏(GinkgobilobaL.)外种皮的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到6个化合物,其中5个经物理常数及光谱(UV、IR、MS、NMR)分析鉴定为金松双黄酮(sciadopitysin)、银杏素(ginkgetin)、异银杏素(isoginkgetin)、I-5'-甲氧基白果素(I-5'methoxybilobetin)及白果素(bilobetin)。这些化合物均首次从银杏外种皮分离。
ive known biflavones,sciadopitysin(Ⅰ), ginkgetin(Ⅲ),isoginkgetin(Ⅴ),I-5'-methoxy bilobetin(Ⅶ)and bilobetin(Ⅷ)were isolated from the fleshy testa of Ginkgo biloba L. collected in the campus of Beijing Medical U n iversity. The structure determination was based upon the physical & chemical data and spectroscopic analysis (UV,IR,MS,NMR ).They are the same as the contents of the leaves of Ginkgo biloba L.,but the biflavones are first isolated from the testa part of this st1ecies.
