The instrument achieves it's object for multifunction measuring. by adopt- ing the techniques of module inserting. With software correcting errors. the instrument accu- racy is improved and it has a good performance with low cost. Especialy. the high-frequency voltage has been digitaliged and had a good accuracy by correcting the frequency response er- ror. It can be available for reference in design electronic instruments with Chinese character.
