原发性输卵管癌(附8例报告)

Primary Carcinoma of the Fallopian Tubes

报告8例原发性输卵管癌,7例术后随访5年以上,5年生存率70％。因临床表现无特异性,术前皆误诊。认为全宫加双侧附件广泛切除为治疗本瘤的理想术式,放、化疗可为难以手术的病灶创造切除机会,术中需做冰切片,尤对囊性病变,应列为常规。

Eight cases of primary tubal cancer are reported. Lacking specific clinical mani- festations, all patients in this series were misdiagnosed before operation. It is sug- gested, therefore, that frozen section histologic examination should be done routinely during operation, especially when the tumor is cystic. The most optimal treatment for tubal cancer consists in radical uterectomy and adnexectomy. The 5-year survival rate after operation in this series was 70%. Radio- therapy and chemotherapy might reduce the tumor bulk and in turn favour operative procedures.
