摘要
介绍了CNC系统中刀具补偿原理,提出了完整的算法,同时对软件实现作了详细说明。本算法能够实现刀具长度补偿CLC,以及4种常见轮廓的刀具半径补偿CRC功能。
In CNC machining,cutter compensation(both length and radius)is one of the key technologies that have heavy effect on machining accuracy.A complete algorithm is raised and the software is explained in detail.By using of the algorithm,cutter length compensation(CLC )and cutter radius compensation(CRC)of 4 common rpofiles can be realized.
