摘要
提出了一种基于神经网络辩识影响机床热误差关键点的新方法,从而为机床热监控的最佳测温点及控制源位置的选择,提供了新的思路及实现方法。同时也给出了各测温点热平衡时间及热平衡状态时温度的估计方法。实际应用表明所提出的方法具有非常理想的效果。
It is a new method that based on a nervous network,the key points that effect on thermal error of machine tool can be recognized.It supplies a new thought and realizing way to the selection of the optimum temperature measuring points and the position of controlling source.Meanwhile, it dives the thermal.balance time at each temperature measuring point and the temperature estimating way.The practics showed that the method has an ideal effectiveness.
