The absolute zero point setting in semi-closedloop micro-computer numerical control system and ourown developed STD bus and related software processing module have been successfully operated on NCmilling machine. It showed that the setting method issimple, reliable and accurate. The machining efficiencyand accuracy are improved, because of more accuratecompensations are more accuracy and easy in semiclosed loop NC system.
