摘要
通过误差分析与计算,论证了0.01mm/m合象水平伙不能满足公差值为7μm的机床工作台平面度检定精度要求,采用0.005mm/m自准直仪或电子水平仅可获得满意的检定精度结果。因此正确选择检定仪器,对于保证机床工作台检定质量尤为必要。
Based on the error analysis and calculation,the levelling instrument often used with working accuracy of 0. 01mm/m can not meet the accuracy requirement on flatness testing of worktable of machine tools with the tolerance 7μm. The testing accuracy is satistied by self-straightening instrument(working accuracy:0. 005mm/m) or electronic levelling instrument. In other words, correct selection of testing instrument is of great importance to ensure the testedquality of worktable of machine tool.
