Y57微机电磁配铁装置,与吊车配套用于冲天炉、工频炉、电炉进行自动称量配运各种铁炉料。该产品样机已在国内多家工厂进行生产验证,稳定、可靠,抗干扰的能力强。使用该装置,一种铁料连配五次平均误差小于3％,每次平均时间小于20秒。为满足大吨位冲天炉等需要,设有自动累计配料系统。
Micro-computer Electro -Magnetic Iron Charge Dosing Device Y57 is used as complete set for automatic weighing, doing and conveying of various iron charges for cupola, power frequency furnace and electric furnace. The prototypes of model Y57 have been brought to production in many plants at home. Excellent characteristics as steadiness, reliability and good feature for antijamming has been approved. Average weighing error is less than 3％, as an iron charge dosed successively 5 times on this device, and time required for each dosing is less than 20 sec. To fulfill the demand of large capacity cupola, automatic accumulating dosing system is available.
