波齿传动中内齿轮齿形磨削装置及加工误差分析

摘要 本文分析了波齿传动中内齿轮齿形范成加工原理特点和简单而精确的范成磨削方法,介绍了三种磨削方案及其加工装置,阐述了齿形误差的形成及解决措施。 It is one of high performance planetary gearings with less teeth error. But the profile of the internal gear is complex and difficult to machining. Here, a research is made on the gear grinding device and the machined errors. An analysis is made on the gear generating principle & feature and simple & accurate grinding method. In the paper, 3 grinding programmes and the machining devices are introduced, and the solutions to reduce profile errors in generating are expounded.
