摘要
双金属离心铸造工艺,对温度测量和生产过程的监测要求严格。采用红外线测温及微计算机监控技术,却取得了满意结果。红外线测温是根据物体的幅射强度随温度变化的规律,用红外探测器测定物体的幅射强度,从而得到物体的温度值。微计算机对工艺过程的控制和记录,提高了双金属离心铸造工艺水平。文中还介绍了提高系统测温精度和抗干扰能力的技术措施,并对系统的调试和试验结果进行了分析。
Temperature measurement and process monitoring is strigently claimed in the technology of bimetal centrifugal casting. satisfactory results have been achieved by taking advantage of infrared temperature measurement and micro-co mputer control technique. Basing on the principle of radiation intensity changed with temperature fluctuation of a body, temperature measurement can be achieved by measuring radiation intensity of a specified body with a infrared detector. process control and record by micro-computer has improved the tech nology level of bimetal centrifugal casting. Technical measures for enhancing the accuracy of systematic temperature measurement and capability of anti-jamming have also introduced and results obtained by system adjusting and testing have been analysed as well.
