介绍了抛(喷)丸、喷砂表面粗糙度比较样块国家标准的制订原则及过程;粗糙度的评定基准、取样长度及评定长度,评定参数及评定方法的选择;粗糙度在图样上标注的代(符)号及标注方法,样块的粗糙度参数及样块分组,粗糙度母模样块的试验研究及标准样块的研制;标准的应用范围及其技术经济效益。
The paper introduces the principle and course to formulate the National standard of surface roughness comparision specimen for wheel (shot) blast and sand blast; evaluating criterion of roughness; sampling length; evaluating length; selection of evaluating parameter and evaluating method. Code or symbol of roughness specified in drawing and specifying rule;roughness parameter of the specimen and specimen grouping as well as application field of the standard and its techno-economic profit are described.
