The control system of RG2000 CNC thread grinder is consisted of close loop main control system and wheel adressing control system. It is a multi-CPU and multi-bus controller. The machining accuracy of the machine is not dependent on the accuracy of the main leadscrew, but the combined accuracy the positioning loop and the control system.
