摘要
本文针对数控、加工中心之类机床主轴的机械密封,提出一种设计模型和实现此模型的CAD方法,从密封面的液膜压力、温度场和变形之间互相联系的变化过程,求得满足性能的最佳设计参数。
It is a new method of self-learning error compensation. Based on the change of position errors in servo device and the changing rate and by use of fuzzy role and inference, the primary correcting value is given. The self-learning and self-correcting is used to produce position error correcting table. The method is successfully used to compensation of position error compensation in open loop position error compensating.
