摘要
箱体孔的同轴度、主轴前后支承轴颈的同轴度、轴承内外圈的径向跳动和端面跳动以及主轴轴肩跳动等元件误差,都会影响主轴组件的精度。采用误差定向装配法,则在同样的元件精度下能获得最高的主轴组件装配精度。
The accuracy of spindle assembly will be effected by the element errrors such as coaxiality of holes in box, coaxiality of front and back bearing neck of spindle,radial runout and end face runout of inner and outer rings of bearing and runout of the step of spindle. The highest fitted accuracy of spindle assembly is realized under the same parts accuracy by errors directional fitting method.
