冲天炉的加料机多采用单滚筒卷扬机的单钢丝绳曳引,这种形式一旦钢丝绳断裂,加料小车失去曳引力,易产生严重的机械或人身事故。于是试制出了带制动轮和弹性柱肖的摩擦式安全离合器,成功地解决了上述问题。
Single drum winch of single cable wire hauling is usually adopted for cupola charger. On this construction, if the cable wire were broken, the charging buggy would get frce from haul and serious equipment or personal injury accident would easily be resulted. Therefor the frictional safe-guard clutch with brake wheel and elastic pin rod was researched and manufactured. The problems mentioned above have been successfully solved.
