Analysis of Nalbuphine and Its Metabolite in Human Urine by GC/MS

环丁甲羟氢吗啡阳性尿经酸解、醚洗、乙酸乙酯－异丙醇提取、衍生化后，用ＧＣ／ＭＳＤ进行分析，检出了环丁甲羟氢吗啡及其１种代谢物，方法灵敏简便。

A GC/MS method for the analysis of nalbuphine and its major metabolite is described. The urine sample was acid hydrolyzed,cleaned with diethyl ether,extracted with ethyl acetate/isopropanol,and derivazed with MSTFA-MBTFA. Nalbuphine and one of its metabolites were detected in urine sample within 1-36 h after administration of the drug. The method is fast and sensitive.
