摘要
利用(13)C、(14)C、(15)N等同位素作为示踪剂来探测胃幽门螺杆菌(简称HP)的试验在近几年有了很大的进展,为同位素质谱在医学上的应用开辟了一条新途径。(13)C-尿素呼吸试验具有无放射性、无任害、无污染、对患者无特殊要求等优点,而且方法简便,诊断的正确率达到93%以上。(14)C-尿素呼吸试验的灵敏度很高,准确率达到96以上(但(14)C有轻微的放射性,对孕妇和婴儿应当慎用)。近年来本实验室与医院合作开发,已用于临床诊断。(15)N-尿素排泄试验具有简单、精确、灵敏度高、无放射性、无侵害等优点,准确率达到96%,有条件的地方可推广应用。
The test for the detection of Helicobacter Pylon(HP) infection using the isotope 13C, 14C and 15N as a tracer has grealy advanced in recent years. It makes a new way for using isotope to solve medical science problems. The 13C -urea breath test has advantages such as non-invasive,non-radioactive and no pollution. It has no special demand to patients. The method is convenient. The correction rate of diagnosis has been more than 93%. The 14C-urea breath test has a very high sensitivity. Its correction rate has been more than 96%, but 14C has light radiation,it had better not be used in children and pregnant woman. The 15N-urea excretion test is a simple,high sensitive,non-invasive and non-radioactive test. Its correction rate is 96%. It can be popularized in any area which have certain conditions.
