摘要
为了提高粘土砂的湿压强度及性能,寻求结构简单、生产率高的混砂机。作者设计了一个试验台,用两个电机分别驱动叶片按顺时针方向转动;刮板沿逆时针方向转动,以形成型砂的逆向流动和对砂层的剪切作用。经过大量的探索试验后证明:用同一混砂工艺,同样盘径,混制同样配方的型砂的转子混砂机与辗轮混砂机相比较,其混砂性能、功率消耗、生产率等方面是可行的。
For the sake of promoting green Compressive strength and property of clay sand, seeking for simple construction and high productivity sand miter, the author had designed an experimental bench,in which the blades rotated in cloc- kwise and the scrapers in counter clockwise, both we ie driven separately by two motors to achieve counter flow of molding sand and shearing action on sand layers, A lot of research tests have been Carried out, and it proves that basing on same mixing technology, same diameter of mixer plate and same Composition of molding sand mixed, the mixing characteristics, Power Consumption and pro- ductivity of the rotor mixer are favourable as comparision to the roller mixer.
