参照目前国内外较先进的冲天炉和小高炉的特点,设计并制造了一座简易的加料口封闭、辅有除尘装置的冷风冲天炉。经生产证明,该炉具有出铁温度高、熔化速度快、污染少、造价低,对地方土焦适应性强等优点。
Refer to the features of comparatively advanced cupolas and small blast furnaces presently at home and abroad. A simply constructed cold-blast cupola with closed charge door and dust collector has been designed and manufactured. As in production run it proves that this cupola is advantageous in high temper- ature molten iron, high melting rate, low pollution, low cost in constuction and higher adaptability for local cokes.
