掌叶半夏化学成分的研究(Ⅴ)

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Pedate Pinellia (Pinellia pedatisecta)

从天南星科植物掌叶半夏PinelliaPedatisecta块茎的生物碱部分，分离鉴定了7个化合物：L-脯氨酰－L-丙氨酸酐（L-prolyl－L-alanineanhydride,ⅩⅩⅤ），3－乙酰胺基－2－哌淀酮（3－acetamino－2－piperidone，ⅩⅩⅥ），腺苷（adenosine，ⅩⅩⅦ），L－苯丙氨酰－L－丝氨酸酐（L－phenylalanyl－L－serylanhydride，ⅩⅩⅧ），L－酪氨酰－L－丙氨酸酐（L－tyrosyl－L－alanineanhydride，ⅩⅩⅨ），掌叶半夏碱丁（pedatisectineD，ⅩⅩⅩ），掌叶半夏碱戊（pedatisectineE，ⅩⅩⅩⅠ），均为首次从该植物中分得，其中掌叶半夏碱丁、戊为2个吡嗪类新化合物。

From the alkaloid extraction of rhizoma of Pinellia pedatisecta schott, seven compounds werc isolated and identified by chemical and spectroscopic methods. They are L-prolyl -Lalanine anhydride (ⅩⅩⅤ), 3-acetamino-2-piperidone (ⅩⅩⅥ), adenosine (ⅩⅩⅦ), Lphenylalanyl-L-seryl anhydride (ⅩⅩⅧ), L-tyrosyl-L alanine anhydride (ⅩⅩⅨ), pedatisectine D (ⅩⅩⅩ), pedatisectine E (ⅩⅩⅩⅠ). All above compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time, among which ⅩⅩⅩ and ⅩⅩⅩⅠ are new compounds.
