摘要
用RP－HPLC－UV法同时测定了复方冲剂中的甘草酸和绿原酸，以甲醇（0．5％醋酸）-水（0．5％醋酸）为流动相，C18柱，外标法。
A method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid and chlorogenic acid in Chinese medicinal preparation by RP-HPLC-UV was described. Mobile phase: methanol (0.5%HAc):H2O(0.5%HAc); C18 column and externat standard was used.
