咳喘鼻闻安平喘作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on Antiasthmatic Action of Kechuanbiwenan(Flower of Michelia Alba DC ,Herba Ephedrac)

采用豚鼠为实验对象，观察咳喘鼻闻安对离体气管条张力、支气管肺灌流量及防治哮喘效果等方面的影响。研究结果证明，本品具有对抗组胺、乙酰胆碱引起的气管痉挛，增加支气管肺灌流量，延长引喘潜伏期及缓解喘息症状。

This experiment on guinea-pig investigated the effects of Kechuanbiwenan of the tension of trachea stripe away from body,the perfusion flow of bronchi and pulmo,prevention and treatment of asthma,etc. The results indicated that it can antagonize tracheal spasm induced by histamine or acetylcholine,increase perfusion flow of bronchi and pulmo,prolong the incubation period of induced asthma and relax asthma symptom.
