摘要
本文报道了羚翘解毒丸的解热、镇痛、抗炎及免疫作用的实验研究。ｉｇ４ｇ／ｋｇ即可明显抑制热刺激及醋酸刺激所致小鼠疼痛反应，并有显著抗炎、免疫作用，ｉｇ０．５ｇ／ｋｇ即可明显抑制伤寒菌苗致家兔体温升高，ｉｇ２ｇ／ｋｇ即可明显抑制啤酒酵母致大鼠体温升高。
The experimental studies on antipyretic. analgesic. anti-inflammatory and immune actions of Lingqiaojiedu Pills were reported.4g/kg of Ligqiaojiedu Pills(ig)can obviously relief the pain reaction of mice induced by heat irritation or vinegar irritation。0.5g/kg(ig)can strongly inhibit the raising of rabbit body temperature induced by typhoid vaccine。0.2g/kg(ig)can strongly inhibit the raising of rat body temperature induced by beer ferment.
