活络止痛酊临床疗效观察

Investigation on Clinical Curative Effect of Huoluozhitong Tincture(Radix Aconiti kusnezoffii,Radix Clematidis,etc.)

活络止痛酊由草乌、威灵仙、独活、细辛、徐长卿、五味藤、朱砂根、樟脑、薄荷脑等中药组成，具有祛风除湿，舒筋活络，活血散瘀，消肿止痛的功效。临床观察３２４例，总有效率为９５．１％，对照组（云香精）１４４例，总有效率为８８．９％，经统计学处理，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

Huoluozhiton Tincture,composed of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii,Radix Clematidis,Radix Angelicae Pubescentis,Herba Asari,Radix Cynanchi Paniculati.Radix Ardisiae Crenatae,camphora,menthol,etc.,possesses the actions of expelling wind-evil and removing wetnessevil,relaxing and activating the tendons, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,eliminating swelling and alleviating pain.Among 324 cases investigated,the total effective rate is 95.1%.But among 144 cases of control group(Yunxiang Refined Juice),the total effective rate is only 88.9%.The curative group is superior to control group in curative effect through statistical management.(p<0.01).
