螺旋藻胶囊的药理与毒理研究

Pharmacological and Toxicologic Studies of Spirulina Plntensis Capsules

螺旋藻胶囊由螺旋藻（ｓｐｉｌｕｉｎａｐｌａｌｅｎｓｉｓ）的干粉组成。实验结果表明，螺旋藻能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间，降低小鼠血清总胆固醇，对Ｃｏ（６０）所致小鼠白细胞减少有明显升高作用，有提高小鼠失血后的白细胞及小鼠碳廓清速率。长期毒性实验表明，螺旋藻粉无明显毒副作用，急性毒性实验未测出小鼠致死剂量。

Spirulina Plntensis Capsules contain powder of Spirulina Plntensis. The test results indicated that it can obviously prolong the swimming time of loaded mice,decrease the total cholesterol in serum of mice, possesses the strong raising action on decrease of white cells of mice induced by Co(60),can also raise hemocyte after blood loss and carbon clearance of mice.The long period toxic test showed that it has no obvious toxic and side-effects. The acute toxic test showed no fatal dose of mice.
