胆宁片中大黄与虎杖的定量研究

Quantitative Study on Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati in Danning Tablets

采用ＨＰＬＣ法测定了胆宁片中大黄酚和大黄素—６—甲醚的含量，前者标示了对大黄的定量分析；后者成分系同大黄和虎杖两味中药的贡献。为能正确地反映虎杖中该成分的含量，本研究通过对原药材大黄中的大黄素—６—甲醚和大黄酚的含量比值（Ｆ），以及胆宁片中该两成分的含量，推导了一个计算公式，以计算虎杖中大黄素—６—甲醚的含量，由该公式所测得的数据再经实验验证，证明本公式切实可行，并为中成药中同时存在二味具有相同有效成分的分别定量提供了一条新的分析途径。

The contents of chrysophanol and physcion in Danning Tablets were determined by HPL C.The former marks the quantitative analysis for Radix et Rhizoma Rhei.The later comes from two Chinese materia medicas of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati.To show the content of this composition in Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati accurately,an account formula was established through the content specific value(F)of physcion and chrysophanol in raw medical material of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,and the contents of two compositions in Danning Tablets.The experimental verification of data got from this formula has proved it is available,which provides a new analysis way for respective quantitation of two Chinese materia medicas with same active composition in the same Chinese patent medicine.
