血栓心脉宁治疗老年冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

Investigation on Curative Effect of Xueshuanxinmaining Capsules(Moschus,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,etc.)for Angina Pectoris of Senile Coronary Heart Disease Patients

３０例老年冠心病心绞痛病人，应用血栓心脉宁的临床疗效观察。结果显示：血栓心脉宁治疗冠心病心绞痛临床有效率７６．６％，心电图总有效率５３．３％，同时有降低收缩期血压的作用，无明显不良反应。本药为治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的有效药物。

The clinical investigation on Xueshuanxinmaining Capsules for 30 cases of angina pec toris of senile coronary heart disease patients was carried out.As a result, its clinical effective rate is 76.6%,total effective rate of electrocardiogram is 53.3%. Meantime,it possesses the action of lowering systolic blood pressure. No obviously bad reaction is observed.It is suggested that it be an effective Chinese medicine for angina pectoris of senile coronary heart disease patients.
