胃舒灵治疗消化性溃疡远期疗效观察

Investigation on Long-term Effect of Weishuling Granules(Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Resina Draconis)for Peptic Ulcer

胃舒灵由黄芪、乌贼骨、蒲公英、血竭等药组成。应用本品治疗消化性溃疡１４３例，疗程８周，结果愈合率为８８．１％，远期疗效观察，１年内复发率占５％，２年累积复发率为１６％，３年累积复发率为２８％。认为本品具有综合治疗作用，有利于提高溃疡的愈合质量。

Weishuling Granules,composed of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Herba Taraxaci,Resina Draconis,etc,was applied to treat peptic ulcer on 143 cases(course of treatment for 8 weeks).The combined healing rate is 88.1%.The investigation on long-term curative effect indicated that the recurrrence rate in one year is 5%,the cumulative recurrence rate in two years is 16%and in 3 years is 28%.It is believed that this medicine possesses the comprehensively curative effect and is beneficial to improvement of healing quality of ulcer.
