树楤局部脑缺血的实验研究

摘要 多数学者认为树 为低等灵长类动物。用电凝阻断树 一侧大脑中动脉(MCAO)的方法成功地复制了树 局部脑缺血模型。发现血管闭塞15min及6h后,缺血区rCBF分别为凝闭前的36.74%和39.84%;SEP分别为凝闭前的21.8%和36.78%,血管闭塞6h时后水钙含量显著增加,形态学检查表明发生了局部缺血性梗塞。作者认为,由于树 的生物学特性较其他哺乳动物更适合局部脑缺血的实验研究。 Tupaiidae has been considered as low primate by most scholars. Acute focal cerebral ischemic model in tupaiidae was successfully produced by cauterizing the middle cerebral artery. The results indicatcd that after 15 minutcs and 6 hrs occlusion of the middle cercbral artery, the rCBF. S in the ischemic cortex were reduced respectively to 36.7% and 39.8% of those hefore occlusion and, the amplitudes of SEP to 21.83% and 36. 78%. After 6 hrs of ischemia, Calcium and H2O contents in sichemic cerebral cortex increased(P<0.01). Morphologically damge was demonstrated in the ischcmic cortex.The authors suggest that,for its biological characteristics, tupaiidae may be more suitahle for rcsearch of focal cercbral ischemia experiments than other mammal animals. The characteristics of the model was discussed.
