内皮素-1和内皮素-3对实验动物脑血管的不同反应 被引量:3

摘要 利用电脑视屏下记录观察离体活组织脑切片技术,对内皮素-1(ET-1),内皮素-3(ET-3)在蒙古沙鼠离体活组织脑血管的反应进行记录分析。发现ET-1引起脑血管强烈收缩,收缩特点随药物浓度增加而加强。但ET-3没有引起脑血管强烈的收缩。这种不同的反应特点,支持了存在不同内皮素族受体的观点。ET-3在有损伤的血管内皮上起调节作用。 The vascular endothelium have been suggested to play important role in requlation of local blood flow.the vascular endothelium has the ability to release a number of vasoactive factor including ET-1 is well known a potent constrictor of vascular smooth muscle but the actitvity of ET-3 is not well defined using gerbil brain slices submergered in oxygenated artifical cerebrospinal fluid(ACSP),we recorded difference effect of ET-1 and ET-3. The ET-1 effcted a potent dose-dependent(1nM- 100nM)vasoconstriction the characteristic of vasoconstriction exhibit bihasic, first is rapid largc ghasic constriction then sustained tonic constriction. the ET-3 did not elicted much effect on the brain vsssel of slices.The results provides that the receptor sites of endothelin family be differenct in the brain vessels. whereas,ET-3 may be act as requlator on the endothelium dameged vessels.
