过氧化物及麻醉窒息导致实验动物缺血性脑血管病样表现的初步研究

A Preliminary study of the manifestration of ischemic attack of animal brain induced by peroxide and suffocation

５４只注射枯烯基过氧化氢（ＣＨＰ）及麻醉下窒息小鼠中，２８只不同程度地出现一过性Ｈｏｒｎｅｒ征，其中１２只症状持续时间超过０．５ｈ，有一只持续２４ｈ以上。注射ＣＨＰ加麻醉窒息的家兔（５只）脑厚片ＴＴＣ染色可见多处明显浅染区，并伴有表面下凹。

The results showed that 23 of the 54 mice which were suffocated and injected by CHP manifested Horner's symptom with different degree. All of thein also showed different kinesic dysfuriction. There was a mouse in which the Horners symptom lasted for more than 24 hrs. and there were 12 mice in which this symptom lasted for more than 0. 5 hr. Five rabbits which were injected by CHP and suffocated manifested transient limb weakness, low staining areas was showen in the brain slices by TTC staining.
