缺血及再灌流时不同脑区磷脂酶A_2活性的变化及作用探讨 被引量:2

摘要 本文利用大鼠4血管阻断法(4VO)建立脑缺血再灌流模型,分别检测假手术组,缺血15min组,缺血15min后再灌流1h、6h、24h、72h和168h各组不同脑区的磷脂酶A_2(PLA_2)活性变化。发现海马和皮质下脑区PLA_2活性在再灌流早期显著升高,但随再灌流时间延长其活性反而低于假手术组;而皮质区PLA_2活性在再灌流早期虽然也升高,但很快接近假手术组。表明PLA_2活性改变有着区域性差别,参与并影响了缺血再灌流后选择性神经元坏死的病理过程。 The brain model of ischemia and reperfusion was set up by rat 4VO method, then the PLA_z activities in different brain regions of control group, ischemia 15min group, reper fusion 1h,6h,1d,3d and 7d groups were tested. The results revealed that PLA_z activities of hippocampus and subcortical region went up at early reperfusion, but reduced to the less level than control group as reperfusion continued; and that PLA_z activity of cortical region went up too at early reperfusion, but reduced to the control level soon. It suggested that the rules of PLA_z activity changes are different in several regions. and that PLA_z plays an important role in selective neuron necrosis.
