摘要
从经济学的角度，对罐区安装监控预警系统进行成本／效益分析，借鉴一般工业项目的经济评价方法和参数，提出了一套适合我国国情的安全项目的经济评价方法。
Sometimes, the automatic warning system is necessary to a major danger source. According to the economic principle, the author analyses the cost, effectiveness and the relationship between them. In this paper, some evaluation methods and parameters of generalindustrial project are used for reference. At last, the author proposes a new economic evaluation method for safety projects, which is suited to domestic conditions and very ease to apPly.
